About Brooke

Brooke Phenicie, the owner and founder of Renew Migraine and Wellness Center, has been a nurse since 2006 and a nurse practitioner since 2010. She has specialized in headache and migraine medicine since 2011, gaining valuable experience working at the Robbins Headache Clinic and the Diamond Headache Clinic. Throughout her career, Brooke’s passion for helping migraine sufferers has grown, and she recognized the need for a more personalized approach to care. This inspired her to open her own center, where she focuses on providing tailored, patient-centered treatments.

As a busy working mom and migraine sufferer herself, Brooke deeply understands and empathizes with her patients' struggles. Her commitment is to ensure that every patient feels heard and valued, offering individualized care to help them achieve the best possible quality of life. She adopts a holistic approach, treating the patient as a whole and considering any co-existing conditions that could impact their health.

Brooke earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2006 and her Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University in 2010, graduating with high honors.


She is also certified in Headache Medicine by the National Headache Foundation and has completed the NEI Master Psychopharmacology Program, along with additional certificates in Functional Medicine. Brooke is certified in Botox for Chronic Migraines, Botox for Cervical Dystonia, and Cosmetic Botox. In addition to her clinical work, she has been a sub-investigator in six FDA-approved migraine pharmaceutical studies, served as a speaker for migraine medications, and participated in migraine advisory boards. Brooke also finds great fulfillment in her role as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students.
