While we work on becoming in-network with insurance providers, we are currently offering out-of-pocket pricing. We are committed to supporting you and will provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We're happy to answer any questions about fees, payment options, or insurance coverage updates!
Initial Appointment:
60 minutes. Cost $275
Follow-Up Appointment:
30 minutes. Cost $150
Botox for Chronic Migraine
30 minutes. Cost $275 for procedure appointment.
Does not include the cost of the Botox itself, which is billed separately
Botox for Cervical Dystonia
30 minutes. Cost $275 for procedure appointment.
Does not include the cost of the Botox itself, which is billed separately
Cosmetic Botox
30 minutes. Cost: $12 per unit
Botox for TMJ/TMD
30 minutes. Cost: $250 includes Botox
Blood Work:
15 minutes. Cost: Depending on testing ordered
